– 2 medium zucchinis – 1 lemon (juice + zest) – 2 cloves garlic – Fresh dill – 2 tbsp olive oil – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional) – Black pepper & salt – Chili flakes (optional)
Spiralize zucchini into noodles (zoodles). Pat dry to prevent sogginess.
Heat olive oil & sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add zucchini noodles. Cook 2–3 mins (al dente, not soggy).
Stir in lemon juice, zest, pepper & fresh dill.
