Homemade Baked Banana Chips are really deliciously sweet. They are so easy to make, natural, healthy snacks, and perfectly portable. For sweet cravings, you can easily take this at any time. Also, you can serve it with ice cream or whipped cream or as an appetizer too.
First of all, peel and thinly slice the bananas and place them in a large bowl.
Now spread lemon juice in it and toss it well.
First, preheat the oven to 200 °F for about 10 minutes.
Now take a sheet pan or baking tray and cover it with foil paper.
Arrange the lemon-tossed banana slices in a nice line on the tray.
Now bake the tray in the oven for 1 hour.
Notice that the upper side of the banana slices gradually changes color and takes on a stronger color. Then flip the banana slices with a pair of tongs or a knife.
If you find that the banana slices are taking a little too long to crisp up, bake a little longer.
But check the banana slices from time to time, the temperature may need to be changed if necessary.
Then take the tray out of the oven and remove the banana slices with tongs.
If you find that the banana slices are sticking to the tray, and not coming off easily, bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Now transfer the banana pieces to a wire rack and let it cool.
Wait until it cools down completely. The colder it is, the crunchier your banana chips will be.
