1. Strawberry Cheesecake


For Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter

For Fillings:

  • 3 packages of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 boxes of frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch


Step 1: To make the crust, combine the graham crackers, butter, sugar, and crumbs inside a container. In a springform pan that has not been greased, press the mixture onto the bottom and chill for the next thirty minutes.

Step 2: Heat the oven to three hundred degrees. Afterwards, combine strawberries with cornstarch inside a processor.
Make a smooth puree, fill the pan with the strawberry syrup, and cook at a high temperature. Stir until the syrup gets thick, for about two minutes. Cover and place syrup into a refrigerator for serving later.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk and cream cheese. Add vanilla extract with lemon juice, and add eggs, beating with less effort till they all get mixed. 
Over the crust, spread half of the cream cheese mixture, and drop half of the reserved strawberry sauce on the cream cheese layer. 
With a care spoon, mix the remaining cream cheese mixture over the sauce, and drop the remaining on top—bake in a preheated oven for forty to fifty minutes.

Step 4: Cool for one hour at room temperature and then refrigerate for eight hours or overnight before serving. Serve the cheesecake with the saved strawberry sauce.

Note: As per USDA recommendations, three to four days is how long cheesecake is good for when put in the fridge.

2. Peanut Butter Chocolate Poke Cake


For cake:

  • 2 cups melted peanut butter
  • 1 cup Reese’s pieces
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1 box of cake mix

For Frosting:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 tablespoons unsalted butter


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 360°. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl. Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes. Before the cake cools, poke some holes all over it.

Step 2: Take a large bowl, mix cream, peanut butter, and unsalted butter, and mix it well. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and salt and beat until it becomes light and fluffy. 

Step 3: Spread frosting all over the very top of the cake. Top it with the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Reese’s pieces. 

3. Lemon Meringue Pie


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups water 
  • Juice and zest from 2 lemons 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 baked pie crust 


Step 1: Preheat the oven to three hundred fifty degrees.

Step 2: Lemon filling: Whisk together one cup of sugar, salt the flour, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Pour with lemon zest, water, and lemon juice. Boil the mixture. As you whisk the heated sugar mixture into the egg yolks, stir in the butter. Cook until it thickens after bringing to a boil. Now fill the pastry shells with the filling. 

Step 3: To make meringue: Whip the egg whites until they get foamy in a large bowl. Add the rest of the sugar and keep whipping. Spread over the pie and cover the crust’s edges.

Step 4: Bake until it gets brown.

4. Peanut Butter Cake Bars


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Step 1: Preheat the oven, grease the pan, and set it aside. Now combine peanut butter, water, and butter for the cake. Bring that mixture to a boil. Then, add sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda. Cool slightly and mix until blended.

  • 1 cup softened butter 
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water
  • 3 cups of general-purpose flour
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


Step 1: Heat the pan at 350 degrees. Smoothly combine the white sugar, butter, and brown sugar. After that, whisk in the eggs and vanilla. 

Add salt and baking soda, which have been dissolved in boiling water, to the mixture. Mix the chocolate chips, flour, and nuts, and drop by the tablespoon onto ungreased pans.
