Burani Raita Recipe
- 1 cup fresh chilled curd or yogurt,
- 1/2 tsp cumin or jeera powder,
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder optional
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Green chilli
- 1 tsp chopped garlic,
- 1 tsp fresh coriander leaves optional
- Add curd or yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Do not add water on it.
- Transfer the smoothie and creamy curd into a serving bowl.
- Add jeera powder, pepper powder, black salt, salt, and chopped or grated garlic.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves if you want to, and chili powder.
- Mix very well and serve it with biryani or any dishes.

- 1st all ingredients gather and keep these aside.
- Take a bowl; add chilled curd or yogurt to it.
- Mix or whisk the curd very well until the curd become smooth and floppy.
- Add chili powder for spicy, otherwise, skip.
- Also, add green chili to it.
- You can add coriander leaves, but I don’t use them for that recipe.
- You can add black pepper powder or skip it.
- Add black salt for better taste.
- Chopped garlic you can use or grated also, whatever you want to.
- Cumin seeds or cumin or jeera powder add on it.
- Mix well and for garnishing use, some pinch of jeera or cumin powder spread on that mixer. You can get burani at home without any hard work.
