Cut the cinnamon roll dough into 4 pieces. Whisk together the eggs, half and half, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add a cinnamon roll and toss lightly to coat. Put it into a baking dish. Mix brown sugar and pecans in a separate bowl and sprinkle them on top of the casserole. Bake until puffed and it turns golden brown.
